The short version
Ospirion collects the information you choose to send through the inquiry form so Max can review and respond to a potential project. Ospirion does not sell that information or use it for third-party advertising.
Information you provide
The inquiry form may collect your name, business or practice name, email address, phone number, service interest, website URL and project message. Please do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information or other sensitive personal information.
Technical information
The hosting platform and security services may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps and error logs. That information supports site delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Ospirion does not currently use advertising trackers on this site.
How information is used
- Review and answer inquiries.
- Discuss, scope and administer requested services.
- Maintain the security and operation of the website.
- Keep business records when reasonably necessary.
- Comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.
Service providers
Inquiry information passes through the website host and Formspree, which processes the information needed to deliver the message to Ospirion. Those providers act on Ospirion’s behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, work with a client, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes or satisfy legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or contractual reasons. Use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the message.
Children
This business website is not directed to children, and Ospirion does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
