Prepared, not stiff.
I know what needs to happen before the shoot, so the day itself can stay relaxed.
About Ospirion
I handle creative direction, photography and video for established businesses that are better than they look online.

Ospirion is intentionally small. I shape the brief, plan the shoot, lead production and stay accountable for the finished work.
Most people are not practiced on camera, and they should not have to be. I give enough direction for everyone to settle in and stop wondering whether they are doing it right.
The same person who notices the problem is still there when the files are delivered. That continuity keeps the work coherent.

One person throughout
A photographer made one thing. A web person inherited another. Nobody had enough context to decide how the pieces should work together.
I built Ospirion around owning that through-line—from what needs to be made to how it should show up when the project is finished.
The origin
Good businesses kept looking completely different online. The real office, the people and the experience were strong. The website still had mixed headshots, a departed employee, a stock office and one good photo doing all the work.
That gap bothered me. Ospirion exists to fix it.
I know what needs to happen before the shoot, so the day itself can stay relaxed.
You never have to guess where to stand, how to settle in, or what happens next.
The final work is organized around where it needs to live—not just what looks good in a portfolio.
What I’m like to work with
I prepare carefully, say what I think and keep the process moving. On set, I give people enough direction to stop wondering whether they are doing it right.
If something does not need changing, I will say so. If another specialist should handle part of the work, I will make that clear too.

Off camera
I’m based in New Jersey, usually have Athena nearby and have started more recordings with “what’s up guys” than I can count.
Ready when you are.
